1-Month Standard Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our used cars and light vans. That is why every single vehicle sold includes a 1-month comprehensive mechanical and electrical warranty starting from the day you take ownership.
What is Covered
- • Engine components: Cylinder head, blocks, pistons, crankshaft, and oil pump.
- • Gearbox & Transmission: Manual or automatic gear sets, torque converter, and shafts.
- • Braking System: Master cylinder, calipers (excluding pads/discs), and ABS pump.
- • Electrical: Starter motor, alternator, wiper motor, and central locking actuators.
What is Excluded
- • Wear and tear items: Brake pads, brake discs, tyres, wiper blades, bulbs, and batteries.
- • Routine servicing: Spark plugs, oil changes, cabin filters, and fluids.
- • Cosmetic items: Upholstery wear, paint chips, and minor alloy wheel scuffs.
- • Faults resulting from neglect, track usage, or modifications.
How to Claim
If you suspect a mechanical or electrical issue has developed within the first 30 days, please notify us immediately by phone or WhatsApp on 07878 077922. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we must be given the opportunity to inspect and resolve any fault. Repairs can be carried out at our Countesthorpe yard or an approved VAT-registered local workshop near you.
Nationwide Delivery
We make purchasing vehicles remote-friendly. If you cannot visit Leicester in person, we can deliver any car or commercial van directly to your home address or business premises in mainland United Kingdom.

Vehicles are fully detailed, undergo fluid checks, and are driven or transported within 3 - 7 working days.
We complete a full walk-around handover, hand over all keys, V5C registration slips, MOT logs, and service papers.
Your Distance Selling Protection
For completely remote sales where delivery is arranged, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order and reject the vehicle within 14 days of taking delivery, subject to our fair mileage limit and return transport terms.
